Her tenure with SIB, spanning across major Indian metro cities, saw her ascend to the role of Branch Head, garnering repeated accolades for her exceptional performance in various capacities. Concurrently, her pursuit of excellence led her to achieve the prestigious CAIIB qualification, and she secured the highest score in the IRDAI exam, securing eligibility as a Chief Corporate Insurance Executive.

Subsequently, Professor Sreelatha embarked on an enriching 8-year tenure with DBS (formerly LVB), where she assumed multifaceted roles, ranging from Principal of their Training College to Head of Planning and Marketing, Corporate Head of Insurance, culminating in her appointment as the Regional Head of Mumbai and Chennai, attaining the distinguished Vice President cadre.

Transitioning seamlessly into academia, Professor Sreelatha emerged as a revered faculty member, both as a regular and guest lecturer, affiliating with esteemed MBA Institutes in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and our very own TKMIM, Kollam.
