Shri. Sanjay Bhaskaran, ICT Advisor, Ministry of Telecommunications and Media, Republic of Nauru delivered a talk on “Professional ethics” to TIM Participants on 02nd November 2016. He strongly emphasizes that managers are the real intermediaries between investors and profit. So the managers are required to professionally deal with the business resources for satisfying the goal of investors. He argues that the boundaries of ethical practices may vary in accordance with industrial requirements. He also points that the personal value system and ethics of a person are highly correlated; so the training on ethics should start from the childhood itself. Dr.A. Viswanathan, Director-TIM presided over the function.
