Dr. Santhosh VA is an accomplished academic administrator, professor, trainer, psychotherapist, and author. An alumnus of the School of Management, College of Engineering Trivandrum, his academic journey began 21 years ago while serving as an HR professional in a listed corporate entity. Since then, he has made significant contributions in teaching, research, training, and academic leadership.
A Ph.D. holder from the University of Kerala with over 15 years of post-doctoral experience, Dr. Santhosh has guided five research scholars to the completion of their PhDs, and published extensively in reputed journals, edited volumes, and national and international conferences. He has authored the acclaimed book “Hallucinations of Differently Abled Living Beings”, co-edited two volumes, and contributed several scholarly chapters.
With more than a decade of leadership experience, he has served as Associate Dean, Dean, and currently as Director of TKM Institute of Management. Dr. Santhosh has delivered several hours of training in behavioural science and undertaken various consultancy projects.
Dr. Santhosh’s expertise in behavioural science is further enriched by mentorship under globally renowned experts. He is a Master Practitioner and Advanced Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), trained by Dr. Richard P. McHugh. He earned the most prestigious title of Master trainer in NLP from Dr Robert Diltz. He is also a certified Tai Chi Instructor, mentored by Dr. Paul Lam, and has received training from the Department of Clinical Psychology, NIMHANS, in Promotive Interventions for Youth and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
His academic credentials are further complemented by a postgraduate degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a PG Diploma in Marketing Management, UGC-NET qualification, and titles of Accredited Management Teacher and Certified Management Trainer from AIMA, New Delhi.
