Dr. Karthika M is an accomplished academic in Management Studies, with expertise in teaching, applied research, and communication training. She holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies from the University of Kerala, along with an M.Phil. and MBA in HR and Marketing, and a BA in Communicative English. With over a decade of teaching experience, she has taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, handling subjects such as Business Research Methods, Corporate Governance, and electives in Human Resource Management and Marketing.

She is an executive alumnus of IIM Kozhikode, having completed the 130-hour Advanced Certificate in Academic Research and Data Analysis, which strengthened her expertise in research design, statistical analysis, and evidence-based inquiry.

Dr. Karthika has over 20 peer-reviewed publications in Scopus-indexed, UGC CARE–listed, ISSN, and ISBN journals. Her research interests include digital marketing, retail management, media innovation, and human resource practices. She has presented papers at several national and international conferences.

She frequently serves as a resource person for training programs in communication skills, soft skills, SPSS, research methodology, and employability development. Known for her student-centric teaching approach and strong research orientation, she is committed to academic excellence, skill development, and fostering a dynamic learning environment. She has also been recognized for her leadership and coordination of international academic events and Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs).
