The TKM Institute of Management successfully inaugurated the first Management Development Programme (MDP) for the academic year 2025–26. The session was formally opened by Prof. T. Abdul Karim Musaliar.

The inaugural programme, titled “Unlock Your Potential: An Introduction to Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)”, was led by Dr. Santhosh V. A. and his team. The session marked a strong beginning to TKM’s enhanced initiatives in continuing education through both Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) and Management Development Programmes (MDPs).
