Prof. Rincy Raju, Assistant Professor, TKM Institute of Management

Rincy Raju is an accomplished academician with over seven years of experience in higher education, finance, human resource management, and occupational wellness. She is currently pursuing her doctoral research at the Indian Maritime University, with research expertise in organizational well-being, sustainable finance, maritime safety culture, and employee engagement.

She has completed executive and professional programmes from globally renowned institutions, including Harvard University, Stanford University, the University of Oxford, London School of Economics (LSE), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), University of Geneva, University of London, Queen Mary University of London, the University of Michigan, IIM Ahmedabad, and Google AI.

An active researcher and speaker, she has presented research at national and international conferences, including the International Association of Maritime Universities (IAMU), and has extensive experience in faculty development, academic leadership, AI integration and curriculum development.
