Through the planning of projects, the evaluation of risks and possibilities, the creation of budgets, the interaction with stakeholders, the problem-solving of issues, and other activities, project management helps students navigate their way through challenges. With the guidance of Mr. Dileep Viswanathan, TIM students were able to learn the fundamentals of real-world project management, in this session of the TIM Talk Series.
